Rainbow & Star Mini Incentive Charts

These colorful, star-themed individual incentive charts are a great way to motivate students! Label each chart with a student’s name and a goal or task…then track the student’s progress in homework, classroom assignments, attendance, good behavior and more. Each chart features five columns to accommodate all five days of the school week, plus five rows with squares big enough to fit stickers.
